Returns & Exchanges

At Western National Parks Store, we want you to love your adventure-ready apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with tags attached into the shipping mailer and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
